In accordance with VRC’s constitution and by-laws, an election will be held this year for three (3) seats on the VRC Board. The candidates standing for election (or re-election, as applicable) are directors Amanda Elliott (Chairman), Katherine Bourke and Elisa Robinson, together with members Robert Ahchee, Tim Elliott, Glenn Findlay, Melissa Green, Andrew Harrington and Domenic Romanelli.
The three successful candidates will join directors John O’Rourke (Vice Chairman), Michael Ramsden (Honorary Treasurer), Peter Fekete, Sophie Cornell, Glen Carmody, Neil Werrett and CEO Neil Wilson on the VRC Board.
All financial full members and life members are eligible to vote and encouraged to do so. Please note that all eligible members will receive a Notice of Annual General Meeting, candidate statements and instructions to vote from Computershare Investor Services.

In terms of campaign etiquette:
- You should not expect to hear from candidates (or anyone representing their interests) directly unless they are already well known to you and it would be reasonable for you to expect an approach of that kind
- Members are welcome to contact candidates via the contact details below
- Candidates are not to use the Club’s online platforms, grounds, intellectual property or other assets to assist their campaigns (other than incidental background imagery in photographs)
- Candidates are not to mislead or make derogatory statements
Voting is now open and will close at 3:00pm on Monday 16th December, 2019. The results will be announced at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 18th December, 2019.
