Club Stand Build Diary July 2018

The wait is almost over.

The Final Club Stand Build Diary

There is a buzz around the VRC at the moment with only 19 days until practical completion of The Club Stand. Multiplex have had possession of The Club Stand site for now 604 days, not that the construction team has been counting!

The internal of the building is starting to look like a work of art, with the details of the build and the images we have all looked at for a long time now turning into reality.

Witness Testing has continued with all consultants, architects and VRC facilities being happy with the result. The MFB (Metropolitan Fire Brigade) completed its inspection on Monday which is an important step in ensuring that the final Occupancy Permit for the building can be issued. Works have accelerated in the Members Betting Ring with the totes, bookmakers and turnstile structures well underway.
