Saab Hasan has had a very different road to Flemington than his fellow trainers, but with hard work, dedication, and a whole lot of passion, he is living his dream. With stables in the famed Chicquita Lodge at Flemington, as well as a second complex in the countryside near Avenel, Hasan enjoys the best of both worlds.

Danny O’Brien was a fledgling trainer in 1995 when he arrived at Flemington, housing his horses up on the hill at Leonard Crescent and walking them down every day for work at the track just like the master, and his former boss, Bart Cummings.
