Syndicates with named owners
Syndicates owned in conjunction with other individual owners and/or other syndicates will be treated as one Owner.
Additional Owner Tickets may become available after all Owner benefits have been accommodated. If there are multiple syndicates, any additional Owner Tickets will be distributed equally amongst the syndicates.
Only the Syndicate Manager can collect passes on behalf of the syndicate unless the Club is notified prior to raceday.
In the case of large syndicates, it is strongly recommended that the Syndicate Manager contacts the Club prior to raceday, providing the names of attending syndicate members who are eligible to receive raceday ticketing subject to the above policy.
In the case of large and/or mixed ownerships it is the responsibility of the Syndicate Manager to allocate and collect all ticketing amongst the syndicate members for the horse. Individuals will be referred back to their syndicate managers.
320 Mounting Yard passes will be available per race and will be divided up amongst the number of runners in the race (i.e. 320 / 16 = 20).
Mounting Yard tickets will be initially allocated to owners named in the racebook and syndicate managers, and then syndicate members.
