Incentivise's 10 G1 rivals in G1 PFD Food Services Makybe Diva Stakes

Incentivise will have his spring credentials tested by 10 Group 1 winners when he makes his Melbourne debut for Peter Moody in the $1 million Group 1 PFD Food Services Makybe Diva Stakes (1600m) at Flemington on Saturday.

Brett Prebble will ride the rapidly improving Incentivise for the first time under race conditions. Set to jump from barrier three, Incentivise is one of just three acceptors in the Group 1 feature yet to win at the elite level, along with Imaging and Mount Popa.

The PFD Food Services Makybe Diva Stakes will be Incentivise's first start at G1 level and provide Racing Victoria chief handicapper Greg Carpenter with his final glimpse of the Shamus Award gelding prior to the release of Caulfield and Melbourne Cup weights next week.

The PFD Food Services Makybe Diva Stakes field also features the seasonal reappearances of reigning Cox Plate hero Sir Dragonet and dual Derby winner Explosive Jack.

Last start Winx Stakes winner Mo'unga returns to Flemington for the first time since his placing in the C.S. Hayes Stakes (1400m) in February, while Tofane is the highest-placed Memsie Stakes runner in the PFD Food Services Makybe Diva Stakes after finishing third at Caulfield on August 28.
