The VRC is pleased to announce that we have been approved to remove the two COVID-safe zones previously required under our 15,000 patron cap, meaning that more members can be accommodated in the Members Enclosure and that spectators can move more freely around the course.
For ANZAC Day Race Day, the following applies:
The current on-sale process will remain in place and ticketing will still be allocated as Zone 1 or Zone 2, while our race days continue to have a 15,000 patron cap.
If you have already booked to attend ANZAC Day Race Day there is no need to do anything, all existing bookings will remain unchanged. Please bring your booking confirmation, membership card and ensure your guests have appropriate ticketing.

The below information outlines access based on the ticket type for ANZAC Day Race Day.
ZONE 1 MEMBER TICKETING
Members and guests attending ANZAC Day Race Day will be able to access the below areas:
- Horse Stalls and Parade Ring
- Members Betting Ring
- Members Lawn
- The Lobby
- The Bakery
- The Arbour
- Lawn Bar
- Paddock Bar
- Courtyard Bar
- G.H.Mumm Champagne Bar
- Bluegrass Bar
- The Roof Garden
- The Forum
- Champagne Terrace
- Atrium Trackside
- Atrium (flat)
- The View (with a designated unreserved area)
- Zone 2 (General Admission) including the Front Lawn, Saintly Place and Hill Stand Level 1. *Excluding pre-booked products in The Terrace and Corporate Suites.
Bookings and reservations are required for the below areas, which are sold out for ANZAC Day Race Day:
- Members Dining Room
- The Byerley
- The Atrium (tiered)
- Members Bar (members only)
- Furlong Bar
- Straight Six
- The View (with a designated reserved area)
- The Peak
ZONE 2 GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETING
If you have purchased one of the below tickets or products, simply follow the instructions sent via Ticketek and turn up on the day. More information can be found here.
If a member has opted to book a Zone 2 (General Admission) ticket, please note members dress regulations will apply if you would like to enter the Members Enclosure as well as your membership card.
With the 15,000 total patron capacity still in place – all bookings need to be made via Ticketek excluding members dining products which are sold out.
