Gaze down upon all of the glamour, sophistication and excitement of a day at the Melbourne Cup Carnival in your private facility, The Gallery.

Standing (or sitting) high above it all on Level 3 of the Hill Stand, you and your guests will thrill to the magnificent views afforded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

You'll enjoy everything that the Melbourne Cup Carnival is famous for: heart-stopping finishes across the Winning Post, the energy of the entire racecourse all around you, and the spectacular Melbourne city skyline behind it all.

A private function in The Gallery offers another luxurious touch. You can take advantage of full venue styling by the expert Flemington Design team, who will select exquisite furniture, linen and centerpieces for you, without you needing to lift a finger.

Package includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Gallery for 70-80 guests
  • Racecourse admission for each guest and Gallery access
  • Racebook for each guest
  • Morning tea (Lexus Melbourne Cup Day only)
  • Option of buffet, plated or grazing menu
  • Beverage package including a selection of red and white wines, sparkling wine, light and heavy beer and soft drinks

The standard dress requirement is racewear for ladies and jacket and tie for gentlemen.

Due to a number of the Facilities being temporary facilities, some Facilities do not have wheelchair and pram access, however please notify us at the time of booking of any special requirements to allow VRC to accommodate individual needs as required and to provide appropriate accessible facilities and information.
