WINE & DINE SERIES IN THE BYERLEY 

A culinary experience not to be missed

The stunningly elegant Byerley restaurant will again play host to our Wine & Dine Series. Across the next two race days, the Wine & Dine Series will present incredible wine collections from iconic Australian wineries; including Wolf Blass, St Huberts and Wynns, paired with a specially designed degustation menu by Head Chef, Ryan Flaherty.

Booking Information

Dining bookings will go on sale from 9am Friday 30 April.

1. To book a table please call Customer Service on 1300 727 575.

  • Tables of 2, 4, 6 and 8 available. Larger table sizes upon request and subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable as per our Members Dining terms and conditions.

2. For contact tracing purposes, members will also be required to register their intent to attend the race day by booking a Members Unreserved ticket via Ticketek. Members can book these free-to-book tickets from noon Monday 3 May

3. If member guest ticketing is required, members will need to book Members Unreserved Daily Guest ticket via Ticketek, ensuring guest details are provided during the booking process for contact tracing purposes. These tickets will provide complimentary access to the course and members enclosure. Members can book these free-to-book tickets from noon Monday 3 May.

PLEASE NOTE: No annual guest cards or Racing Rewards Complimentary Guest Passes will be accepted on race day, due to the contact tracing requirements.
