Across three race days this winter, the Wine & Dine Series will present incredible wine collections from iconic Australian wineries including Seppelt, Penfolds and Coldstream Hills paired with a specially designed degustation menu by Head Chef, Ryan Flaherty.

Since its first vintage in 1985, Coldstream Hills has built an enviable reputation for producing outstanding and distinctive wines from the Yarra Valley; in particular the hero varieties of the region, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Andrew Fleming from Coldstream Hills will join us in The Byerley on Recognition Race Day to take you through the wines matched to a degustation menu curated by Head Chef, Ryan Flaherty.
Andrew Fleming – Chief Winemaker
Having held the coveted Chief Winemaker position at Coldstream Hills since 2001, Andrew has helped refine the already renowned style of winemaking. Growing up in wine country Mildura, Andrew has more than 30 years of winemaking under his belt, including vintages in France, Australia and America.
This series includes a 5-course-degustation lunch with matched wines presented by
either Penfolds, Seppelt or Coldstream Hills.
