An in-house sommelier will help you to pick the perfect wine to accompany the modern menu designed by Executive Chef, Ryan Flaherty, who brings a résumé from the world’s most renowned restaurants (including El Bulli and The Fat Duck). Expect the unexpected, with culinary inspiration and innovation serving an ever-evolving and elevated dining experience. 

Racing is as central to the experience as fine dining. Guests will enjoy their own, private reserved seating area outside of the restaurant for track and Mounting Yard views.
