APPLICATION PROCESS EXPLAINED
Car Sites and Super Sites
All Reserved Car Sites will be allocated by random computer
allocation at the completion of the ballot application period.
The objective of the random computer allocation process is
to ensure that all sites are allocated in the fairest possible
manner so that all Full Members are given an equal
opportunity to secure a site. Restricted Members are not eligible for the ballot but can apply for Car and Super Sites from Monday 29 July 2019.
- 3pm Monday 29 July - applications for the ballot close.
- Monday 29 July - applications for Restricted Members open (pending availability).
- Late August - all payments for successful applications will be processed
during the month of August 2019. Upon successful allocation, refunds are not available.
- Early September - provided Members have paid their 2019/20 subscription fees,
they will receive a confirmation letter informing them of the
outcome of their application. If successful, Members will be
notified of their allocated Car Site number.
- Mid September - successful Members will receive their information pack containing: vehicle sticker(s), site map(s), Pedestrian
Pass order form(s) and all other relevant information.
To submit your application online, sign into your account, select ‘Membership Services’, select Reserved Car Park Application and
follow the prompts. Alternatively ballot application forms (PDF) can be sent via post to 448 Epsom Road, Flemington VIC 3031 or emailed to memberscarparksvrc.net.au.
Bookings for 1 Oliver St can be made online or by contacting VRC Customer Service on 1300 727 575 from 9am Tuesday 2 July 2019.
Birdcage bookings are made in order of booking receipt so please ensure you book early to avoid missing out.
To ensure a fair allocation of Members Dining during the Melbourne Cup Carnival, the Club will employ a random ballot to allocate applications. Only applications received prior to 3pm on Monday 29 July 2019 will be entered into the ballot. Members will receive a letter advising of their outcome in early September. If ballot applications do not reach capacity, bookings will continue to be taken until sold out.

All Members Dining is catered by Peter Rowland Catering.
Racing Rewards Lounge
Applications for the Racing Rewards Lounge close 3pm Monday 29 July 2019.
Limit of one table per Member, per day. Bookings in the Racing Rewards Lounge are limited and will be allocated via a ballot system.
Members are encouraged to select 4 preferences, in order. Please number your
preferences with 1 being your preferred option through to 4 being the least preferred
option. If you do not wish to be allocated a particular day, leave the box blank
Please note that the Racing Rewards Lounge does not
have a view of the track.
