When country charm meets up with city style, everyone wins. Country Race Day at Flemington is an exciting nine-race program featuring a thrilling lineup of winter race series heats. 

The exciting nine-race program includes a number of winter race series heats. The day will feature The David Bourke over a mile, while the Listed A.R. Creswick Stakes for three-year-old sprinters will provide a thrilling highlight to the program.

From Fireside Sessions in the Club Stand Lobby to a belly full of laughs in The Peak at the Laughter Lounge - it’s the perfect day to keep warm and enjoy an exciting day of racing.

Zone 1 covers the Members Enclosure, including the Members Lawn and Members Betting Ring, plus The Club Stand and The Grandstand, and offers pre-paid dining, reserved and unreserved spaces. 

• PRE-PAID DINING: Bookings for pre-paid dining will go on sale from 9am Wednesday 19 May, via VRC Customer Service. 
• FREE-TO-BOOK RESERVED SPACES: Bookings for free-to-book reserved spaces will go on sale from noon Wednesday 19 May, via Ticketek.
• FREE-TO-BOOK UNRESERVED TICKETS: Bookings for free-to-book unreserved tickets will go on sale from noon Wednesday 19 May, via Ticketek.

On advice from the Victorian Government due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all patrons attending race day will be required to provide their name and mobile number in order to gain access to the race day. This information will be used for contact tracing purposes and forms part of our overall COVIDSafe government requirements.

Due to the updated Government requirements racecourse entry now requires a barcoded ticket. While members will be able to use their membership card to access the course, for contact tracing purposes and capacity limit management, all members (even those with dining bookings) will need to book a complimentary member reserved or member unreserved ticket via Ticketek. Members will be required to enter their member number to secure their ticket.

Guest ticketing is required for all guests of members in the Members Enclosure. Due to contact tracing requirements, annual guest cards and Racing Rewards complimentary guest passes cannot be accepted on race day. Members can book members guest tickets via ticketek.com.au, ensuring guest details are provided during the booking process for contact tracing purposes. These tickets are complimentary.

General admission spaces are located in Zone 2 and we have two ticketing types – reserved and unreserved ticketing – within this zone. 

Reserved tickets provide you with a booked venue for the day. These include The Terrace Restaurant and the Hill Stand Suites.

Unreserved tickets provide you with access to the racecourse, along with access to food, bars, entertainment and betting facilities within The Lounge in Saintly Place, the Lawn Stand outdoor seating deck and the Front Lawn with rails access.  Take in all the racing action from any of these great locations on course.
