Attending the 2020 VRC Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of members of Victoria Racing Club Limited (VRC Ltd) will be held on Wednesday 16th December 2020 at 3.00pm (AEDT). The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting to protect the health of our members and staff. This decision was taken early in anticipation of continuing COVID-19 restrictions. QUESTIONS TO THE BOARD
The VRC invited members to submit questions in advance prior to the meeting at vrcagmquestions@vrc.net.au. These will be answered during question time.
If you have a question that you’d like to ask during the meeting, a link will be provided that enables you to submit your question once you successfully register above. These questions will be moderated and passed on to the VRC Board and Executive to answer at the allocated point during the meeting. The VRC will aim to answer as many questions as possible during the time allotted, giving priority to those most frequently asked.
ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
Following the nominations process, the VRC received SIX (6) nominations for FIVE (5) positions on the Board.

The successful candidates will join directors Michael Ramsden (Vice Chairman), Katherine Bourke, Sophie Cornell, Neil Werrett and CEO Steve Rosich on the VRC Board.
