large suite (18 - 24 guests)

package includes:

• 3 dining tables with seating for 18 people & 12 fixed viewing seats or
• 3 mushroom tables, 12 bar stools, 12 fixed viewing seats and 2 ottomans
• Ticketing includes racecourse admission & private suite access
• 6 VIP car parks
• Sliding windows that may be opened to view the races
• Television monitors & plasma screen
• Private tote and toilet facilities are located immediately outside the suites

small suite (6 - 10 guests)

package includes:

• 1 dining table with seating for 6 people or
• 2 mushroom tables and 6 bar stools
• Ticketing includes racecourse admission & private suite access
• 2 VIP car parks
• Sliding windows that may be opened to view the races
• Television monitors
• Private tote and toilet facilities are located immediately outside the suites

*Catering is not included in the cost of the suite during the Melbourne Cup Carnival. The Club’s caterer, Peter Rowland at Flemington Racecourse, provides a range of buffet, a-la-carte and cocktail menus to choose from each day together with an extensive beverage list.

annual packages

The Hill Stand Corporate Suites are also available to purchase on an Annual basis which includes all racemeetings held at Flemington.  Please contact a VRC Account Manager for further information.
